The simplest overview of sheet metal processing is to process materials on metals with different properties. In the process of sheet metal processing, there is actually a certain demand for metal materials. Of course, this is not only necessary for the integrity of the metal sheet, but also about the metal Appearance also needs to have certain requirements, such as whether the metal is over-oxidized, and the metal processing process requires that the metal cannot be oxidized. In addition, the thickness of the metal needs to exceed the thickness of the merchandise after disposal; but in actual operation, there is almost no metal that has not been oxidized, so what should be done about the oxidized metal?

The stainless steel in the processing operation is usually processed by coiling, edging, welding or heating by artificial surface fire, resulting in black oxide scale. This type of gray-black oxide scale is relatively strong and contains NiCr2O4 and NiF two EO4 components. In the past, it was basically removed by using hydrofluoric acid and nitric acid for strong corrosion. However, this method has been gradually abandoned by the sheet metal processing industry due to environmental pollution, harmfulness to the human body, high corrosiveness, and high cost. At present, there are two types of sheet metal processing plants for the general treatment of oxide scale:

1. By chemical method: using a non-polluting pickling passivation paste and a non-toxic cleaning solution with inorganic additives at normal temperature for dipping. Make it reach the intention of whitening treatment of the nature of stainless steel. The metal equipment processed by this method looks dull. This method is more suitable for large and messy commodities.

2. Sand blasting method/shot blasting method: In general, the method of spraying micro glass beads is used to remove the black oxide skin on the surface.
