Generally, CNC turning can only process circular products, including turning inner diameter and outer diameter, threading, reaming, drilling, knurling, etc. Processing a part usually takes tens of seconds to one minute. If more complex drilling of inclined holes is required, we can combine turning and milling machines to complete the processing.

If your product is circular, we can directly complete the processing by CNC turning. Of course, if your design is complex, we can also combine CNC five-axis machines to complete it. Heat treatment usually changes the size of the product. Before heat treatment, leave more margin for the product size. In this way, we can turn, polish and other operations on the parts after heat treatment to achieve the tolerance of the drawing.
