For AIXI, if the CNC machining custom part size is less than 100mm*100mm, and the milling part only drills a few holes, we only charge about US$50 for the sample fee. For turned parts with a diameter of less than 50mm, the sample fee is approximately US$40.

The processing cost for larger quantities must be calculated based on the drawings. Please provide a PDF and STP or other CAD files to our email, and tell us the material, quantity, and surface treatment. Then, we will provide a formal quotation within 12 hours.

We will process the drawing according to ISO 2768M tolerances if it does not contain special instructions. For our machines, the maximum tolerance can be ±0.01. If you request a tighter tolerance (such as ±0.002), we can combine grinding with a tighter tolerance.

Usually, rapid prototype delivery takes seven days. The processing time is around three days, and the DHL/Fedex/UPS shipment takes three to four days. A normal low volume order usually has a delivery time of two weeks. Of course, it also depends on the complexity of the product.
