From the processed products, we can see that the cnc four-axis machining has the following characteristics: due to the participation of the rotary axis, it makes the processing of flawless curved surfaces possible, greatly improving the processing accuracy, quality and power of free space curved surfaces; three-axis processing machine tools The processing of workpieces that cannot be processed or need to be clamped too long (such as long-axis shaft surface processing).

It can be completed by the four-axis rotary table, shorten the clamping time, reduce the processing steps, stop the multi-step processing through one positioning as much as possible, and reduce the positioning errors; the tool is greatly improved, the tool life is extended, and it is conducive to the production concentration.

The cnc four-axis machining center generally has two kinds of machining methods: positioning machining and interpolation machining, which correspond to polyhedral parts machining and rotary body summing machining, respectively. Now, taking a four-axis machining center with an A-axis as a rotation axis, for example, the two machining methods will be discontinued.
