The production process of sheet metal parts is relatively cumbersome, so how should we assemble the sheet metal products after molding? What should we pay attention to when assembling? The following is introduced in detail by the editor, I hope to help everyone.
1. Before assembly, we should carefully read the assembly process and packing list and other materials;
2. Receive semi-finished products, accessories, outsourcing parts and other materials according to the regulations. In order to avoid waste and loss, please use someone to manage the inventory and storage;
3. The procedures in the assembly process should be in order, and the operation should be left and right, pay attention to the cooperation of the operator. To avoid scratching the workpiece, it can only be modified with the consent of the relevant department;
4. The parts that need to be repaired on site during the assembly process must be approved by the relevant departments before they can be modified;
5. It is forbidden to place semi-finished products, tools, etc. in a high place during the assembly process to prevent the items from sliding down and hurting people or products;
6. When heavier, large-scale workpieces are erected, moved, or laid down, someone should direct them to avoid accidents;
7. The assembled products can only be packed into the warehouse after passing the inspection.
The materials commonly used in sheet metal processing are cold-rolled sheets, hot-rolled sheets, galvanized sheets, brass, copper, beryllium copper, aluminum sheets, and stainless steel. Depending on the role of the product, the materials used are different. Consider the cost.
1. Cold rolled plate SPCC, mainly used electroplated and baked parts, low cost, easy to form, material thickness ≤ 3.2mm.
2. Hot-rolled sheet SHCC, material T≥3.0mm, also uses electroplating, paint parts, low cost, but difficult to form, mainly used flat parts.
3. SECC and SGCC of galvanized sheet. The SECC electrolytic plate is divided into N material and P material. N material is mainly not used for surface treatment, and the cost is high. P material is used for spraying parts.
4. Copper; mainly made of conductive materials, and its surface treatment is nickel plating, chrome plating, or no treatment, and the cost is high.
5. Aluminum plate; generally used surface chromate (J11-A), oxidation (conductive oxidation, chemical oxidation), high cost, silver plating, nickel plating.
6. Aluminum profiles; materials with complex cross-sectional structure are widely used in various plug-in boxes. Surface treatment is the same as aluminum plate.
7. Stainless steel; mainly used for no surface treatment, high cost.
